Post Go-Live Support is the period of time immediately following a system Go Live where an elevated level of support is available to ensure the seamless adoption of a new system.

PeopleX offers following Post Go-Live Support services

Dedicated Support - We offer dedicated resources for our customers who are looking for regular support services. The support can be offered for a single module of SuccessFactors or all modules.

Shared Support - This support model offer services two options: 

​

  • Subscription Package - This package is for  customers looking for a minimum of 40 hours per month support services.

  • Adhoc Package - No monthly commitment for support services. Simply contact us with your support issue and pay for the time spent by our team in resolving the issue.
